粟米雪耳蘿蔔湯
粟米 ~ 解暑健脾
雪耳 ~ 滋潤美顏
蘿蔔 ~ 清甜明目
仲加咗無花果,百合,蓮子, 豬骨
用slow cooker煲佢五六個鐘
放工有得飲
最仲意張啲雪耳煲到淋晒
差啲同啲湯溶為一體
feel到好似張啲collagen一啖啖咁食落口
正!正!正!
