點指炒飯咁簡單
錯晒!
又細到大炒飯都用冷飯?
唔係咩?
點知原來呢
外面酒樓啲炒飯...
黃金,陽州,牛肉炒飯....
都係用新鮮飯
之後入雪櫃chill
又錯!唔用全蛋
只用蛋黃
炒前將蛋黃撈混入飯先
落油用薑起煱
再錯...以為用大火有煱啲
但原來用中火
慢慢咁炒乾身
原來如此
咁就炒到一粒粒
又有蛋香
又有煱氣啲炒飯啦
