Cookies day (附食譜)

心血來潮
一次過整咗三款cookies
都係睇咗其他blog友啲post
覺得好似幾靚
又易整
全部我都只係整一半啲分份量
試一試你好唔好食先

易個係豬明中意啲




125g 牛油
90g 黄砂糖
60g 细糖
1tsp vanilla essence
1 粒蛋
180g 自发面粉
150g 苦味巧克力,切细块
100g 核桃/杏仁豆, 切细块

1. 把糖和牛油用搅拌器搅拌均匀。
2. 加入鸡蛋还有 Vanilla essence, 在搅匀。
3. 筛入面粉, 再倒入巧克力和核桃, 搅匀。
4. 180‘C 烘大概 15 分钟。

依個係soft cookies

第二款係我仲意啲Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
又係另一款soft cookies

Dad’s Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
a good shake of cinnamon
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins or other dried fruit
1/3 cup coconut (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl beat the butter, oil, brown sugar and cinnamon until creamy; beat in the egg ad vanilla.
Add the flour, oats, baking soda and salt and stir until almost combined; add the raisins or other dried fruit and stir just until blended. Drop large blobs on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, until set around the edges but still soft in the middle.
Makes 1 – 1/2-2 dozen cookies.

Molasses Crinkles
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt 
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until there are no lumps left.
2. Add the egg and molasses and mix together.
3. Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Stir until you have cookie dough that is smooth and all one colour.
4. Roll the dough into balls about the size of a small strawberry. Put some sugar in a small dish, and roll each ball of cookie dough in the sugar.
5. Put the balls on a cookie sheet and bake them at 350?F for 12 minutes, until they are cracked and golden around the edges. Move them onto a wire rack to cool.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
